What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the linchpin that keeps projects running smoothly. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Leading project teams with confidence, fostering collaboration, and driving success.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and construction documentation.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with clients.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do:
As a Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force behind our project sites. Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily field operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating on-site teams, subcontractors, and craft professionals.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, hazard-free job site.
- Tracking project schedules and ensuring high-quality standards are met at every phase.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and construction management tools is a plus.
